Why Blog?

Why not?  Everyone's doing it.  Everyone has something to say.  Shouldn't I?  Or would it be best to employ the old adage "better to remain silent and appear a fool than to open one's mouth and remove all doubt"  No, I think I'll jump on the blogger bandwagon and attempt to find something witty or informative or somewhat amusing to share with the world.  Or my world.  If nothing else perhaps this will reduce the number of e-mails that I have to write .... and never get around to writing.
